Demonstration of welding equipment

In December 2007 we have opened a showroom where new welding and cutting equipment is presented together with well-known and popular items which have already established a good reputation in the Russian market. In the showroom are demonstrated:

1. A wide range of mechanisms for welding torch travel, series «Noboruder».
   This equipment is a means of mechanization of MIG/MAG welding and is used for different attitude positions. Such mechanisms have gained great popularity among bridge, wagon and tank construction enterprises during 3 years of promotion in Russia. They allow to achieve high and stable quality of welds with lower labour expenditures in comparison with manual method.

2. Up-to-date inverter welding machines for MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG and plasma welding with digital data processing (manufactured in Germany).

3. All range of gas equipment «Messer» from pressure regulators and cutters to compact heat cutting machines.

4. Wire feeder PDGO-528М.
   In June 2007 Shtorm ITS started to manufacture a new model of wire feeders г – PDGO-528М. The first consignment was tested in intensive work conditions (during 3 shifts, current 400-500 А) at the largest mechanical enterprise of the Urals. Thanks to improved construction, up-to-date and ergonomic design this wire feeder has already shown itself to good advantage.

5. Demonstration of MIG/MAG and TIG welding equipment is done with the help of torches manufactured by Autogen Ritter. These are professional torches, relatively low-weight, handy and durable.
